We perceive that humanity has undergone an enormous transformation during this recent period. New challenges are emerging today, or those that already existed but have been amplified by the pandemic, such as panic and fear, difficulty adapting, and side effects such as fatigue, pain, and cardiac output.
Among the conclusions from this class, you will be able to: Identify the challenges that arise in the post-pandemic period. Examine the effects of trauma on the body, mind, and spirit. Study the tools of the Art of Jin Shin to help address the effects on the body, mind, and spirit.

Fire and Water are the first two elements to appear to create Life. Over the ages, ancient Chinese tradition has taught us about the relationship between these elements and the importance of their harmony in maintaining vital balance.
Although their archetypes express very different qualities, they complement the same Harmony and must be maintained in balance at all times.
In her teachings, Mary mentions the struggle between Fire and Water as a cause of serious disharmonies. For if the balance between them is not maintained, Fire and Water can threaten Life itself.

At the beginning of teaching the Art of Jin Shin, the abundance of content forces us to separate the different topics: Text 1, Text 2, Organ Functions, Safeguard Locks... Unfortunately, this separation, which is purely artificial and was designed solely to aid our understanding, ends up remaining in our minds. And we lose sight of the bigger picture, forgetting that Energy is One, and that each of its aspects is connected to the rest.
And yet... The 12 Organ Functions are one of the many expressions of Universal Energy, and while they are deeply linked to the physical body, they can only harmonize it in conjunction with the more subtle aspects of Energy, and within a synergy between them...
